We are seeking a driven IT Support Manager to join our Fulfillment & Operations IT team, responsible for keeping our busy Fulfillment Centers running. These facilities operate 24/7, managing a large and fast-moving inventory of products.
As an IT Support Manager, you will ensure that IT maintenance work and troubleshooting are carried out to a high standard, following all Amazon policies and guidelines, particularly in IT and Health & Safety. You will lead the coordination of trouble tickets and change management to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your responsibilities will also extend to managing IT projects, overseeing your team as they execute technical tasks, and fostering a culture of IT ownership and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and management of the IT budget, staff scheduling, and the continuous improvement of all IT team processes and initiatives.
