MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant - Arabic Speaker

As a MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant, you will take on a client-facing role where you'll be responsible for discovering, scoping, and collecting requirements to craft and deploy tailored solutions for your customers. Your CRM knowledge will play a key role as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the broader internal CRM community. Responsibilities:

• Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on using technology to solve business challenges.
• Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions.
• Transform business requirements into application requirements and conduct fit/gap analysis.
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure understanding of functional requirements.
• Prototype, configure, and test business processes.

Skills and Experience:

• Passion for learning with strong business acumen and time management skills.
• Effective management of client expectations.
• Strong consulting skills with client-facing experience, either with an implementation partner or end-user.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales and Customer Service is essential; Field Services and Marketing are a plus).
• Good functional knowledge of the Power Platform.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
• Experience managing or leading teams is advantageous but not required.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
