Data Scientist

As part of a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product owners, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and evaluating our product algorithms. Requirements:

• MS degree in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of professional experience in Advanced Data Science, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, text mining, geospatial analytics, time series forecasting, and optimization
• Proficiency in one or more Advanced Data Science programming languages (R, Python, Scala, SAS)
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning models, such as Image classification, Object Detection, Style transfer, and similar
• Experience with Python deep learning libraries, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
• Hands-on experience with CUDA backend
• Proficient with Linux system terminal and shell scripting
• Working knowledge of ELK stack and message broker queues
• Proven ability to deploy machine learning models from research environments (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks) to production via procedural or pipeline approaches
• Comfortable with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Good planning abilities to accurately estimate project timelines
• Ability to show initiative and work independently with minimal direction
• Demonstrated desire to stay current with industry technologies and standards
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication and coaching skills

• Comfortable with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience with media data from media agencies, technology, or brands
• Appreciation for Agile/Scrum methodology
