The role of AI Engineer is central to this mission, involving engagement with clients to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that span the analytics value chain.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full analytics value-chain from framing business challenges to deploying scalable solutions.
• Participate actively in the software development process, guiding teams toward robust and maintainable software practices.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities, including leading conferences on behalf of BCG X.
• Work collaboratively with clients on key topics such as climate change.

What You'll Bring:

• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
• Experience in software development practices and standards.
• A passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and guiding organizations to become AI-led.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, interacting with clients on new features and product releases.
• A natural problem-solver with intellectual curiosity.
