Back-end Engineer, Graduate 2025

We are seeking talented individuals to join us as graduates in 2025. Our Graduate program provides industry exposure and hands-on experience. You will be part of a team focused on creating globally competitive products that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Key initiatives include building a comprehensive global procurement system and an efficient global travel service platform.

As a Back-end Engineer, you will:

• Provide backend service expertise in developing new features by collaborating with design, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to overall system design and improve code quality.
• Enhance product quality through bug fixes, performance analysis, and tuning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams located in Asia.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, graduating in 2025.
• Studying Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong computing foundation with proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Golang, Java, or Python.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with or knowledge of messaging middleware, relational databases, and common backend architecture.
• Passion for building large-scale products with a focus on performance, stability, and user experience.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts beyond current expertise.
