Position

ByteDance is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer for their Information System team in Dubai, UAE. This role involves planning and constructing internal systems related to human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and approvals. The successful candidate will help manage projects, oversee information security, and ensure the operation and maintenance of internal systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide frontend services to support ByteDance's global internal users.
Collaborate with product design, product management, and software engineering teams.
Participate in system design, research and development, and technological innovation to enhance business efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 2 years of frontend software development experience.
Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with ReactJS, Typescript, Webpack, and Monorepo.
Proven ability to implement web applications that are high performance and user-friendly.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in web-based system design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in To-B product development.
Expertise in web frontend architecture.
