We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Connectivity Practice Lead with a proven track record in leading connectivity solutions and managing high-performing teams. This role requires a passionate people leader who thrives in developing talent, fostering team engagement, and driving delivery excellence in connectivity infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of network and connectivity professionals, cultivating a high-trust, high-performance culture.
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and career development support for team members.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning across the team.
  • Work cross-functionally with senior leadership to define and evolve the technology roadmap.
  • Monitor and manage performance metrics and service delivery KPIs for network operations.
  • Engage with vendors and partners to drive value, performance, and innovation.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in connectivity and networking technologies.
  • 6+ years of people management experience in a technology setting, including performance reviews, team building, and staff development.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and influence across all levels.
  • Expertise in Connectivity including Cloud, Telecommunication, and Mission Critical networks.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability.

Preferred Certifications:
Leadership, Agile, or coaching certifications are a strong plus (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, Gallup Clifton Strengths).
