Scrum Master - Data & AI

Capgemini Global Insights & Data business line is a market leader in data, platform, and analytics across various sectors including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and life sciences. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Scrum Master with a strong background in Data & AI to support our projects in the Middle East.

As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing AI and data engineering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring team adherence to Agile practices.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Ensuring compliance with Responsible AI practices.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Strong project management and Scrum Master skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles.
• Arabic speaking skills (nice to have).
