We are seeking a highly motivated Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage, maintain, and optimize databases and information systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility for business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Optimize data structures, ensure accuracy, and apply best practices for data integrity.
- Perform database administration including security management, backup, and recovery.
- Collaborate with teams to improve data governance, compliance, and reporting processes.
- Develop automation scripts, troubleshoot performance issues, and support end users.
Your Profile:
- 6–10 years of experience in data administration, database management, or IT systems.
- Expertise in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Strong knowledge of data security, compliance, backup strategies, and performance tuning.
- Experience in ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud-based database solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Effective communicator, problem-solver, and collaborative team player.
