The MADA National Graduate Programme (NGP) is designed exclusively for UAE Nationals, providing an 18-month journey to empower, challenge, and shape you into a future leader. This program consists of two phases:
- Phase 1: Three tailored 3-month rotations exploring various aspects of the business.
- Phase 2: A final 9-month strategic assignment focused on leadership experience and real-world challenges.
Focus Area: Data Engineering
This track offers immersion in data management and engineering, with rotations in Data Engineering, Data Products, and Data Integrity. You will develop expertise in designing, building, and maintaining data infrastructures and solutions, ensuring data quality and actionable insights.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Academic background in IT, Information Security, or Data Engineering
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data architecture, pipelines, and governance
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Passion for leveraging data to drive business value and innovation
