This 18-month program focuses on developing future leaders through a structured journey that includes three tailored rotations in Tech, Software Engineering (Web), and Software Engineering (iOS) during the first phase, followed by a strategic assignment. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, innovation in technology and data, and provides mentorship and support. Participants will gain skills in building scalable digital solutions, safeguarding information security, and developing cutting-edge software products.
