SAP P&SM Solution Consultant

Cognizant is seeking a Senior SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Management Consultant in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site role involves managing the implementation and optimization of the SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA procurement modules. The successful candidate will act as the Senior Product Manager for the Procurement and Supply Management function, providing strategic oversight to ensure that SAP solutions effectively support the client's business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform procurement and supply chain processes from integration to post-implementation optimization.
• Provide expert guidance and ensure solutions are aligned with operational goals.
• Hands-on configuration and solution design, leveraging senior consultancy experience.

Professional Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP procurement solutions, including SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
• 3-5 years of managing complex SAP Ariba and S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience managing the end-to-end SAP procurement lifecycle.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• SAP S/4HANA or SAP Ariba certification in Procurement/Materials Management is highly desirable.

Project Management Skills:

• Experience managing large-scale SAP procurement projects using both traditional and Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, including Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement, and Contract Management.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Materials Management (MM) modules.
• Hands-on experience in configuring SAP Ariba and S/4HANA procurement modules.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in procurement, such as AI-driven procurement and cloud-based solutions.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the aviation or travel industry.
• Knowledge of financial and compliance regulations specific to the UAE and international markets.
• Experience with the integration of SAP S/4HANA with third-party procurement systems or other SAP modules.
