The SAP QA Consultant will be responsible for driving the testing strategy and execution for all SAP S/4HANA applications, SAP BTP services, and custom developments to ensure a high-quality and seamless implementation. This role involves both functional and technical testing across various SAP modules, ensuring that SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and related applications meet client business needs and technical requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud applications, along with expertise in testing methodologies including functional, integration, and performance testing. The consultant will lead the testing team, collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, and drive the overall testing lifecycle.

Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP testing, with at least 5 years focused on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP applications.
- Proven experience in consulting testing teams and managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformations.
- Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA functional modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.) and SAP BTP services.
- Expertise in both manual and automated testing practices for SAP solutions, including tools like SAP Solution Manager and Selenium.
- Experience with integration testing between SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications (both SAP and non-SAP systems).
Educational Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP certifications in relevant areas such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud applications, or testing methodologies (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and module functionality.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Business Application Studio, and SAP Fiori apps.
- Proficiency in SAP testing tools, particularly SAP Solution Manager, eCATT, and Test Automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA custom developments, including ABAP development, Fiori apps, and cloud applications.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and frameworks for SAP applications, such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
Methodology and Process:
- Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies for SAP testing.
- Experience in developing and executing test scripts, test cases, and managing test environments for large-scale projects.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a complex project environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in testing aviation-related SAP solutions or complex, industry-specific processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing approaches and hybrid cloud environments (SAP on-premise and cloud solutions).
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other reporting tools in the SAP ecosystem.
