In this role as Sr. IT Ops Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in NeuroITOps Embeddings and various technologies to drive innovation in the Food Services domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement advanced solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be pivotal in advancing the company's mission and positively impacting its success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using NeuroITOps Embeddings and other advanced technologies.
- Oversee integration efforts with IBM Watsonx and Websphere application server to enhance system capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise in SQL Server, Mockito, and Quarkus.
- Implement efficient data processing and communication using Kafka and Amazon Q Developer.
- Drive the adoption of ETL processes and utilize Tabnine for data management.
- Automate coding tasks using GitHub Copilot and Prompt Engineering.
- Manage IT Service Management using Postman, Java 8, and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain applications using PostGre, Splunk, and Service Now.
- Enhance application security and compliance with Spring Security and PCF.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical roles focusing on NeuroITOps and Embeddings.
- Expertise in IBM Watsonx, Websphere application server, and SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Mockito, Quarkus, and Kafka.
- Proficiency in Amazon Q Developer, ETL, and Tabnine.
- Strong understanding of Java 11, ML Ops, and Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, PostGre, and Splunk.
- Knowledge of Spring Security, Spring Batch, and Java Persistence API.
- Experience with Spring MVC, Python, and GIT.
