We are seeking an experienced Channel Solutions Engineer to join our Partner team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical sales background, industry expertise, and a proven track record of working with partners in the Middle East. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and proposing solutions tailored to partner needs.
  • Conducting product demonstrations.
  • Providing technical support to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Understanding sales cycles to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Contributing to technical initiatives outside of typical responsibilities.
  • Mentoring peers and enhancing knowledge resources.

Experience Required:
Candidates should possess extensive experience in a technical sales engineering role, preferably within a channel or partner ecosystem. Relevant experience in industries such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and networking is essential. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of competitors and skills in de-positioning.
  • Experience in conducting product demos and technical presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assist partners with technical challenges during the sales process.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPPIC sales methodology.
  • Fluency in Arabic is desirable but not essential.
