A Senior Analyst with Power BI expertise is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, performing data modeling, and writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data. The role requires strong data visualization skills, expertise in BI architecture, and the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard and Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights.
- Data Modeling: Create data models and architectures that support reporting needs, ensuring data is structured for efficient analysis.
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various databases.
- Data Visualization: Implement best practices for data visualization to create compelling and functional reports and dashboards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve business performance.
- Communication: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentorship: Share knowledge and expertise with other team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Power BI Proficiency: Deep understanding of Power BI features, including DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for calculations and data modeling.
- Data Visualization: Expertise in creating effective and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
- SQL: Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Data Modeling: Experience in designing and implementing data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
- Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in BI, with a focus on Power BI.
