We are currently seeking a passionate and technical Data Engineer to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will travel, consult, develop, train, and troubleshoot to enhance our clients' journey around Data Virtualization. Your mission will be to help clients realize their full potential through accelerated adoption and productive use of Denodo solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the Denodo Platform; deliver compelling technical presentations on features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Address technical questions regarding customization, integration, enterprise architecture, and product functionality.
  • Build and lead the development of custom deployments based on client requirements.
  • Provide timely feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development on client business cases and issues.
  • Train clients on product architecture, configuration, and use of the Denodo Platform.
  • Manage client expectations and build partnerships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Develop technical documentation, presentations, and training materials.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, preferably in the data management/analytics software industry.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and database management theory.
  • Experience in Java software development, especially in web and database environments.
  • Good knowledge of JDBC, XML, and Web Services APIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be fluent/native in Arabic and English.

Work Conditions:

  • Hybrid work environment.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel for consulting engagements.
