The Techno Functional Logistic Lead - WMS is responsible for studying and analyzing IT applications, systems, and business processes, and documenting business requirements in line with organizational standards and procedures. This role involves close collaboration with business experts, project stakeholders, and solution delivery teams to specify, design, implement, test, document, and deliver effective solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing technical software application implementations to meet customer expectations and ensuring the smooth operation of business and IT systems, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. The successful candidate should possess excellent business knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management processes such as Warehouse Management, Order Management, and Transportation Management. Experience with industry-standard WMS solutions, preferably EPG-LFS, is also required.

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert warehouse operations into WMS requirements.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and recommend WMS solutions.
- System Implementation & Configuration: Configure WMS modules based on business needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge between business users and IT teams for smooth WMS implementation.
- Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure WMS processes comply with regulatory standards and promote effective reporting.

Technical & Leadership Responsibilities:
- WMS Customization: Work with developers and suppliers to tailor the WMS to business needs.
- Integration Management: Ensure WMS compatibility with ERP, TMS, and other solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve system issues promptly.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct UAT and regression testing prior to system rollouts.
- Project Leadership: Lead WMS-related projects ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with WMS vendors for updates and troubleshooting.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management with 8+ years of experience in the Logistic Domain (WMS, TMS, & supply chain) and associated IT technical skills (Integration, RFID, AI, Database SQL, API Management, EDI, Middleware tools).
- Desirable Qualification: Certifications in Project Management, SUN JAVA, Oracle Professional, and Oracle ERP.
- Work Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in project implementation. Familiarity with Agile Development methodology is preferred.
Language Requirements: English fluency is expected.
