Position

The Junior Onsite Support Engineer role involves designing, deploying, managing, and supporting infrastructure services, including working with servers, storage, networks, Active Directory, SAP basis, public and private clouds, and various other technologies.

Responsibilities:

Provide foundational technical support in infrastructure services and assist with routine tasks.
Participate in monitoring and troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
Collaborate with team members to address operational tasks and challenges.
Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.
Develop technical skills through practical experience.
Follow established best practices and standards in service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge.
A continuous learner who keeps up with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate are advantageous.
