As the Manager of Infrastructure Services at DXC Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring that services consistently meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), promptly addressing any deviations. Your role will involve supervising a team of service management professionals, ensuring their productivity and efficiency in handling client requests. You will engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and coordinate support while collaborating with senior management to implement process improvements that enhance service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include supervising the handling of service incidents, requests, and escalations to ensure timely resolutions. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive service documentation, generate reports on service performance and client feedback, and coordinate resources and schedules for optimal service coverage.
