Position

The Onsite Support Engineer oversees support teams, develops support strategies, and ensures high levels of user satisfaction. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for end-users. This role involves managing and resolving incidents and service requests, often utilizing ticketing systems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate support teams or specialists.
