The SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Expert will lead the implementation and optimization of the Talent Suite modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Learning if applicable. This role requires a deep understanding of talent processes and hands-on configuration expertise in the SAP SuccessFactors environment. The Expert will oversee the full lifecycle of implementations, from blueprinting to post-go-live support, while engaging directly with HR stakeholders to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of SuccessFactors Talent modules.
- Manage project plans, resources, and timelines across multiple clients.
- Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into system design.
- Configure modules such as Performance, Goals, Succession, and Development Planning.
- Collaborate with Employee Central and integration teams to ensure alignment.
- Handle test planning, defect management, and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination.
- Oversee data migration, validation, and go-live preparation.
- Manage change requests and system enhancements post go-live.
- Deliver user training and provide subject matter expertise to HR teams.
- Monitor SAP releases and lead regression testing and updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more Talent modules (required).
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
- Additional certifications in SAP Employee Central or Integration are a plus.

Experience:
- 8–12 years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
- Minimum 5 years of focused experience in Talent Management module implementations.
- At least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven record of delivering full-cycle SuccessFactors projects in complex environments.
- Experience with global HR transformations is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector.

Technical & Functional Skills:
- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Talent modules (PMGM, Succession, CDP).
- Strong understanding of global HR and talent management processes.
- Familiarity with integration touchpoints with Employee Central and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Skilled in managing permissions, workflows, templates, and business rules.
- Experience with role-based permissions and data privacy standards.
- Comfortable with SAP reporting tools and analytics within SuccessFactors.
