Senior MW & Virtualization Engineer – Endpoint & Infrastructure

As part of Modern Workplace Device Services, the Senior MW & Virtualization Engineer will lead customers through their Modern Device Management transformation journeys utilizing best practices, innovation, and technical leadership. This role involves providing technical guidance in the creation, testing, and delivery of technology solutions tailored to meet the business needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms by deploying updates and monitoring app usage on mobile and endpoint devices.
• Provide technical support to customers through various channels including telephone, web, and face-to-face interactions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and upgrade all software and modern devices to ensure optimal system performance.
• Engage in troubleshooting and support tasks in SCCM and other related tools.
• Develop reports and manage device health effectively.
• Collaborate as part of a team to deliver end-to-end support services.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology, with 2-3 years in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Cloud technologies (MS Azure), and O365 licensing.
• Familiarity with managing and supporting iOS, Android, and Windows applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Certifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization (CCP-V)
• VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)

Language Requirements:

• Good communication skills for effective interaction in global meetings and forums.
