At DXC Technology, we are seeking a System Configuration Management - Package SME who possesses superior knowledge of MECM/SCCM versions 1611, 1706, 1806, and 2107, as well as experience with DXCCAE, SM9, and Service Now. The ideal candidate should have proven knowledge in incident management and service request handling, demonstrating the ability to resolve issues independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patch Management, ADR, O365, and Windows update management.
- Understanding of operating system concepts and upgrades, including packaging processes and scripting.
- Compliance and vulnerability process awareness.
- Experience with cloud management gateway concepts and CA-based environments.
- Application deployment and monitoring, server upgrades, backups, and restores.
- Troubleshooting issues related to Intune Modern Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, MAM, and MAM-WE.
- Familiarity with DEP, APNS, VPP, ABM, and managing Android, iPhone, and MAC devices in Intune.
- Knowledge of Windows Autopilot, SCEP, PKCS, and reimaging Windows devices.
- Basic understanding of Azure identity and AAD and hybrid technology for MDM and Windows 10 device management.
- Knowledge of Jamf is a plus.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Intune architecture and hybrid enterprise environments.
- Proficient in documentation skills for architecture and engineering product documents.
- Hands-on experience in design and implementation of Intune and related technology solutions, including Active Directory, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows 10, and application packaging.
- Familiarity with compliance policy, conditional access policy implementations, and role-based access control.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is favorable.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in Microsoft Defender, Azure, and Windows servers.
- Knowledge in iOS, Android, and Windows application signing and provisioning.
- Good communication skills for representation in global meetings and forums.
