DXC Technology is seeking a System Configuration Management - SWD Engineer with superior knowledge in MECM/SCCM versions (1611/1706/1806/2107), DXCCAE, Service Now, and proven experience in incident management and service request handling. The successful candidate should exhibit strong technical, communication, and presentation skills along with the ability to resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities Include:
- Patch management, Windows updates, in-place upgrades, PXE, and MDT
- Understanding of operating system concepts and upgrades
- Knowledge of packaging processes and scripting
- Compliance and vulnerability processes management
- Cloud Management Gateway implementation
- Experience in application deployment and monitoring
- Server upgrades, backup, and restores
- Troubleshooting issues related to Intune Modern Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, MAM & MAM-WE
- Management of Android, iPhone, and MAC devices in Intune
- Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, SCEP, and PKCS
- Basic knowledge of Azure identity and AAD
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology with 5-7 years in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune
- Experience in planning, deploying, and managing hybrid enterprise environments
- Documentation skills in architecture and engineering
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Active Directory (AD), Windows 10, group policy, and application packaging
- Knowledge of Co-Management configurations, compliance, and role-based access control
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, Azure, Windows servers, and applications on iOS, Android, and Windows
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
