The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner to develop a next-generation application for Relationship Managers (RMs) and Virtual RMs (VRMs), facilitating better management of daily business activities. This position supports the bank’s AI-first strategy and requires collaboration with various teams such as RMs, VRMs, Advanced Analytics, Technology Solution Architects, and Developers. The successful candidate will possess a mix of program management experience, AI tool proficiency, and agile delivery expertise to drive digital transformation within the Business Banking unit.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Owner in requirements elicitation and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers for an intuitive, user-centric design.
- Support the integration of AI tools into RM/VRM workflows with Advanced Analytics teams.
- Act as a gatekeeper for user story certification, ensuring all conditions are met before release.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience, preferably in banking or fintech.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business contexts.
- Knowledge of the Middle East banking market is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and articulation skills.
