Consultant Data Product Owner

Emirates NBD is seeking a Consultant Data Product Owner, a pivotal role in advancing the Data Strategy operationalization and progressing the data product roadmap for assigned Data Domains/Sub-domains. This position will focus on ensuring data consumer adoption to the governed/certified data products landscape while providing techno-functional and hands-on expertise for data product implementation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Form and operationalize Data Domain Working Groups to identify relevant data consumers and capture their data needs.
• Maintain a unified data products backlog with continuous prioritization.
• Convert high-level data requirements into detailed functional specifications, including data mapping, business rules, and data quality rules.
• Collaborate with the Data Modeling team for the design of data products and participate in design reviews.
• Implement Data Products for assigned data domains and ensure consumer adoption to drive business value.
• Manage the lifecycle of data products including data quality analysis and future enhancements.
• Ensure data discoverability and understandability across the organization.
• Manage data privacy and protection regulations, establishing rules for data access and use.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science & Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
• Expert level proficiency in Data & Information Management and required tools & technologies.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Data & Information Management and Data Governance, including 2+ years of managerial responsibilities.
• Strong experience in implementing robust data management solutions for financial organizations.
