Our Quality Engineering team is at the heart of our brand, ensuring software quality across the entire customer journey, from ticket booking to the seamless delivery of ancillary services and the efficient operation of our airplanes. We employ a suite of testing tools and methodologies, utilizing frameworks and programming languages such as Java, C, and Python, along with innovative technologies essential for application development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering design and implementation for multiple teams within an agile release train.
• Oversee the technical design and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with modern quality engineering practices.
• Plan and execute quality assurance strategies across all development stages.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader for quality engineers.
• Ensure quality engineering standards are created, implemented, and continuously improved.
• Champion modern testing practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CICD).
• Mentor and coach quality engineers to support their professional growth and technical development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in designing and building scalable quality engineering solutions.
• Ability to plan and execute risk-based testing strategies across the development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with agile practices and fostering continuous improvement.
• Leadership experience in quality engineering practices.
