As a Senior Technical Software Engineer in our innovation platform team, you will design and build secure, scalable code for GenAI and iXR applications, reusable components, accelerators, and work with platform teams to integrate AWS or Azure libraries and services, ensuring performance, compliance, and maintainability across the software lifecycle. Responsibilities Include: - Collaborating with the team to deliver technical design, development, and deployment of complex solutions within relevant products. - Driving the adoption of engineering practices, implementing development process automation, lean software development, built-in quality, test-driven development, and timely root cause analysis. - Partnering with cross-functional teams to determine solution viability. - Investigating, debugging, and fixing complex issues involving corner cases and rare conditions. - Managing and mentoring Software Engineers to foster skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities. - Ensuring optimal use of enterprise application platforms, tools, and libraries according to the approved technology architecture. - Responsible for corrective, adaptive, preventive, and perfective maintenance of products. Requirements for the Role: - Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent). - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology. - Experience developing advanced/complex technology software solutions for large, complex organizations. - Solid experience in data modeling, systems design, and expertise in the relevant technologies. - Deep experience in full stack development capabilities covering all layers (UI/Middleware and Databases). - Proven leadership skills and experience in managing technology vendors.
