Key Responsibilities
- Develop optimal IT architecture solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Ensure architecture is robust, high-quality, and aligns with corporate IT standards.
- Develop Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines in information, application, and technology domains.
- Assess architectural solutions to ensure they meet guidelines and promote reuse of services.
- Mentor development team members in engineering practices, tools, and techniques.
- Collaborate with Manager Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with overall architecture principles.
- Manage and maintain the architecture roadmap of small to medium-sized initiatives and products.
- Drive architecture decisions, considering solution costs, delivery schedules, and overall solution performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related discipline with 8+ years of experience.
- 5+ years in designing and developing large-scale, complex applications.
- Hands-on experience in business system architecture and design.
- In-depth understanding of technologies such as Java, ERP, Cloud, AI/ML, and container management platforms.
- Knowledge of architecture methods, principles, and agile software development methodologies.
- Preferably, experience in the airline domain.
