Join our Technical Product Management team where we build effective technology products and services that our customers love. We offer a mix of B2B and B2C products and services in domains such as Digital Airline and Airport Operations, Group Services, and Commercial. Our goal is to continuously evolve our products, enriching them with features that focus on delivering value to our customers and users.

The Technical Product Manager (Offer, Order and Distribution) is an expert who builds a seamless customer experience across Emirates digital channels. Leading an Agile Release Train (ART), you will drive the feature backlog and oversee the implementation of various initiatives. In addition, you will build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and align technical solutions with strategic objectives to ensure we deliver outcomes that exceed customer expectations. You will lead and develop a diverse team of Technical Product Owners who work directly with the teams in the ART.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with TPOs (technical product owners), peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs), utilizing business value, assessing available capacity, and effectively sequencing and prioritizing backlogs.
  • Lead a team of TPOs through collaboration, delegation, and empowerment to ensure effective delivery of our technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure the overall backlogs are balanced to provide a scalable, user experience-optimized, stable, and performant technology product that continually meets business needs.
  • Responsible for the quality and integrity of the data held in the Product Catalogue for your specific Product/s.
  • Develop and mentor TPOs, supporting their professional development.
  • Drive the partnership with applicable product vendors, ensuring timely feature/product upgrades and maximizing the product's efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant domain, qualified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or Agile Product Management (APM).
  • 8+ years of total experience, with 3 - 5 years of practical experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels.
  • Demonstrated technical or domain expertise, utilizing a depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience within the specific domains or technical areas.
