Position

In Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) within Assurance, we assist our clients in addressing the accounting and financial reporting challenges facing their businesses. You will be part of a team that provides insights and services to accelerate analytics, decision-making, and innovation, which are essential to building a stronger and more efficient finance function. This role includes ongoing professional development through diverse experiences, world-class learning, and individually tailored coaching.

This opportunity is within our Data & AI team, where we provide advisory services focusing on AI Engineering and Generative AI (GenAI). As an AI Engineering professional, you will assist businesses in unlocking value by designing, building, and operationalizing scalable AI solutions using modern MLOps pipelines and cloud-native technologies. Your responsibilities will include integrating large language models (LLMs), automating workflows with GenAI, and embedding AI capabilities into business processes. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to ensure that AI-driven solutions align with strategic goals and deliver tangible business impact.

You will manage up to two projects alongside senior business leaders, enabling clients to define an AI-driven FAAS strategy, maximizing value from emerging technologies. The role involves managing delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements, working with other services for integrated delivery, and monitoring team performance. Staying informed on emerging AI trends and supporting go-to-market efforts will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help clients realize business value through AI use cases, including LLMs, GenAI applications, and MLOps implementation.
  • Ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with service lines for integrated service delivery.
  • Monitor engagement team performance against the budget.
  • Evaluate emerging AI/GenAI tools and support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree with approximately 3 to 4 years of related work experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a global consulting firm.
  • Practical experience in AI and ML development with Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, MLOps pipelines, and AI solution architecture.
  • Understanding of GenAI use cases such as document summarization and intelligent assistants.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the Arabic language.
  • Experience with GenAI tooling ecosystems such as Azure OpenAI or Google Vertex AI.
