We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from initial RFIs to RFPs & RFQs when required.
- Project management and active participation in POCs in partnership with relevant teams both internally and with the customer/commercial partner.
- Understand the technical requirements of the customer to build superior solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, closely collaborating with the sales partner.
- Improve knowledge around Fortinet products and solutions, while maintaining an understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Position Fortinet solutions effectively, requiring strong communication skills for both remote and in-person presentations.
- Manage time effectively while working on multiple deals, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account technical information in CRM (Salesforce).
Qualifications:
- High aptitude for security technology, with knowledge of encryption, authentication, network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN.
- Experience in a pre-sales engineer role, managing end-to-end technical aspects of deals.
- Proven problem-solving skills with impact on key wins within the organization.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships with effective technical communication.
- Strong understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES.
