We are looking for a highly talented Product Manager to join our Menu Squad in Riyadh. Your Responsibilities
- Proactively gather requirements, specifying pragmatic solutions incorporating the requirements at the domain level.
- Clearly define goals in terms of the impact changes will have on the user and take accountability for the validated changes.
- Independently create a vision of the product (area), with good awareness of the overarching vision and clearly impacting domain/tribe vision.
- Create an ideal state UX/functionality fitting the vision for their area and scope, identifying milestones towards target state for the upcoming quarter with high precision.
- Develop subject matter expertise by understanding a business area, customer journey, or complex external domain in depth.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to create depth of knowledge in user needs and industry dynamics, developing subject matter expertise in specific user problem spaces or internal functionality.
What You Need to Be Successful
- 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced and customer-facing organization.
- Experience working with various stakeholders, including engineering, design, and commercial teams.
- Experience with OKRs and roadmap planning.
- Experience with A/B testing, Jira, and Agile working environments.
