Position

A career as a Client Success Management Architect (CSM) with IBM involves helping clients fully realize the value of their existing IBM products while promoting the adoption of next-generation technologies from IBM's wider portfolio. In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to some of the world's most influential enterprises, leveraging your expertise and IBM's technology to address complex challenges.

As a CSM, your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding Client's Challenges and Building Trust: Establish yourself as a trusted technical expert to aid clients in migrating, deploying, and adopting Hybrid Cloud and AI Growth offerings.
  • Facilitating Use Case Exploration and Business Framing: Lead workshops to explore use cases and develop models for client value realization.
  • Leading Persuasive Technical Conversations: Conduct technical discussions that encourage clients to act based on their requirements and the demonstrated value of IBM's solutions.
  • Creating Post-Deployment Customer Success Plans: Develop strategies to enhance post-launch, active user adoption of IBM's products.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Proven technical expertise in complex technology sales with a successful history in technology sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience in areas such as Cloud, Data and AI, Automation, Integration, or Security.
  • Proficiency in agile practices for effective outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels, from engineers to CIOs.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving aptitude, capable of navigating data and people to find solutions.
