Position

As a Product Manager for Client Experience at Lean Technologies, you will focus on ensuring that clients have an exceptional experience while engaging with Lean. Your role will span all phases of the client lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, monitoring, and product discovery. You will be responsible for creating, owning, and validating the product roadmap while working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and market needs. You will oversee the Application Dashboard, enabling a variety of client personas—such as developers and CFOs—to effectively utilize Lean’s services. Collaboration with other teams is essential, as you will manage frameworks that support product delivery, including SDKs and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a passion for user experience, design, and performance, with the ability to analyze quantitative data and gather insights through qualitative research.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end product lifecycles, aligning products with user needs, compliance requirements, and company objectives.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for the Application Dashboard and other tools/services to enhance adoption and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to translate requirements into clear user stories and features.
  • Maintain cohesion among cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Own key business metrics, ensuring delivery of value against business goals.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to adhere to regulations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
