Position

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Lenovo’s growth in Digital Workplace Solutions by sourcing, shaping, and closing large-scale managed-services engagements.
  • Target C-suite executives to identify workplace modernization pain points.
  • Qualify and prioritize large contract opportunities.
  • Lead proposal defense to signature.
  • Build business cases, pricing models, and contractual frameworks.
  • Shorten deal cycles while preserving client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
  • Execute structured upsell and cross-sell strategies for hardware, software, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal peers to maximize wallet share.
  • Foster executive-level relationships for long-term loyalty.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on emerging workplace technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of B2B sales experience in Digital Workplace or End-User Compute managed services.
  • Proven success in closing large, complex enterprise deals and navigating multi-tower outsourcing contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint management, VDI, unified communications, and service desk operations.
  • Familiarity with device-as-a-service models and hardware-software bundling economics.
  • Skilled in consultative selling with CXO-level engagement; consistently exceeds quotas.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel across the MEA region when needed.
