Lenovo TruScale is our Everything-as-a-Service (XaaS) portfolio, providing flexible, subscription-based infrastructure and services. In this role, you will own the complete sales cycle for Lenovo TruScale across Saudi Arabia, identifying, cultivating, and closing consumption-based opportunities. Your mission will be to maximize XaaS revenue by delivering scalable, subscription-driven infrastructure and services that align with customer digital transformation agendas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive OneLenovo sales initiatives across Saudi Arabia, engaging channels to accelerate end-user deals and pipeline growth.
  • Identify and qualify Hybrid Cloud AI opportunities under Opex models, communicating their value to C-suite and finance stakeholders.
  • Manage opportunities from discovery to closure, including financial modeling, legal coordination, and SLA definition.
  • Collaborate with ISO Account Managers and Channel Partners; forecast signings, bookings, and revenue while maintaining CRM accuracy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs; present TruScale roadmaps and relay feedback to product teams.
  • Represent Lenovo at major regional events such as LEAP, GITEX, and IDC CIO Summit.
  • Publish case studies and internal playbooks on Hybrid Cloud AI adoption.

Position Requirements:

  • 7+ years in customer-facing sales/business development within IT, with a track record of closing multi-million-dollar subscription deals and managing complex engagements.
  • Strong understanding of Software-Defined Infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments, GPU/AI workloads, and solid financial/legal knowledge (TCO, IRR, IFRS 16).
  • Skilled in consultative selling and executive-level negotiations with CXO stakeholders.
  • High energy, persistent, entrepreneurial, innovative, and adaptable to undefined markets.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Willing to travel across Saudi Arabia as needed.
