Murex Tech Lead MxML

About the Job:

A large bank in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior MxML Developer for its Murex greenfield implementation project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop MxML import and export workflows using MxML Exchange.
• Have a good understanding of Murex 3.1 workflow, including trade workflow, contract workflow, and exchange workflow.
• In-depth experience in Murex workflow development, encompassing the trade life cycle, creation of new system interface workflows, confirmation generation, error management, and OSP.
• Provide suggestions for improvements in existing solutions utilizing analytical and technical skills.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Murex migration projects.
• Proficient in MxML 3.1 and XML/XST languages, including Data Dictionaries and Templates.
• Knowledge of Swift and Paper confirmations.
• Familiarity with popular trade interfaces such as MarkitWire, TOF, OMGEO, and RTNS.
• Experience with Market Data uploads (Realtime: RTBS, Batch: MDIT).
• Technical knowledge in creating messaging queues (MQ).
• Experience working on Contract, Deliverable, Event, and Exchange workflows.
• Familiarity with UNIX Shell scripting.
• Understanding of Front-to-Back Trade Life Cycle.
• Familiarity with FX, IR, FI, and Equity products.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Murex 3.1 Architecture is an added advantage.
• Experience in JAVA and Perl.
