Currently, we are actively seeking a talented Senior Appian Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable low-code applications that streamline business processes using the Appian platform.
- Ensure the delivery of efficient, secure, and user-friendly solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM), particularly within enterprise environments utilizing Appian platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge and experience in designing and implementing processes within Appian using both Analyst and Designer views.
- Proven experience in designing and developing intuitive and responsive user interfaces utilizing Appian's SAIL technology.
- Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with Appian Smart Services, effectively integrating them into workflow automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Appian Tempo Interface, including customizing dashboards, reporting, and optimizing user experiences.
- Capability in designing comprehensive business solutions that articulate and deliver tangible business benefits.
- Proven track record of collaborating with key business stakeholders and translating requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Extensive experience in scenario-based requirements gathering, documenting, and analyzing business processes.
- Expertise in documenting detailed business requirements and creating functional requirement specifications.
- Ability to lead interactive workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure clarity on system capabilities.
- Design and architecture experience focused on building robust business workflow automation solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working within Agile project environments, familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum.
- Skilled at translating high-level business ideas into practical, actionable tasks.
- Preferably L2/L3 Appian certified analyst or developer.
- Experience managing teams that developed and implemented new technology in multinational companies.
- Experience in SAFE and managing releases.
