Position

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. This position presents an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, which consists of a major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

As one of the delivery partners, Mace requires high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. This role involves supporting clients and project teams in defining information requirements, managing Common Data Environment (CDE) processes, and leading information management delivery. You will advise and implement ISO 19650-compliant workflows for structured, assured digital information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct 3D content creation and support for Virtual City and Arch-Viz environments.
  • Manage XR studio operations and end-user product delivery.
  • Oversee digital information processing, review, and secure data handling.
  • Support project delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure ISO 19650 compliance.
  • Produce and manage information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) and standards.
  • Assure and check the information model; lead model production (pre-RIBA Stage 3).
  • Manage object library development aligned with BIM strategy.
  • Support construction sequencing and cost planning using information models.
  • Train teams on BIM tools, COBie, data analysis, and assurance processes.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance BIM workflows.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams; lead BIM knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree qualification.
  • Intermediate understanding of ISO19650, BS1192, CDE, IFC, COBie, and classification.
  • Experience in content management library systems.
  • Skills in Autodesk desktop products.
  • Experience in validation and verification tools.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with databases.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.
