This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of a major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is seeking high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Direct 3D content creation and support for virtual city, arch-viz, and XR environments.
- Manage digital product delivery, XR studio operations, and information review.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and digital handover strategies.
- Define and manage information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR, EIR) and CDE processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and security protocols.
- Oversee production, assurance, and checking of information models (pre-RIBA Stage 3).
- Develop BIM standards, object libraries, and shared resources.
- Support construction sequencing and cost planning using BIM data.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and Autodesk solutions.
- Provide training on BIM tools, COBie, data analysis, and assurance processes.
- Collaborate with clients, Mace PMs, and design teams to ensure procedural compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and net-zero carbon transition.
- Conduct interviews to assess the skills and experience of potential candidates for BIM roles.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree qualification.
- Advanced understanding of ISO 19650, BS1192, Common Data Environment (CDE), IFC, COBie, and classifications.
- Experience in content management library systems.
- Proficient in Autodesk desktop products.
- Experience with validation and verification tools.
- Knowledge of visualization tools.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.
