UX Designer (Emiratisation)

In order to create best-in-class experiences for our customers, we are looking for a talented UX Designer with experience delivering end-to-end UX products and services. This role is based in Dubai and is for UAE Nationals only.

You should be a passionate and curious design specialist who can deliver high-quality designs and prototypes and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, collaborative, and delivery-focused environment. You enjoy being hands-on throughout the design lifecycle and excel at delivering designs that focus on delighting customers and improving their experiences.

You can manage team and stakeholder relationships and are comfortable working within a distributed team environment. You will work closely with other designers across our Tribes to ensure a consistent UX and design experience across our digital product suite. Guided by business and UX priorities, you will collaborate with the UX team and product stakeholders to deliver on these priorities.

Success for this role is defined by the quality of the customer experience, the consistency of deliverables, your ability to work successfully as a team, and the team’s contribution to the business KPIs.
