With AI Foundry and seamless integration with Azure AI, we’re leading the way in Agentic AI development where AI agents streamline development and operations. As an Apps Solution Engineer, you will help customers adopt these innovations to boost productivity and become AI-native.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping enterprise AI developers unlock the full potential of Microsoft’s AI-powered stack across every stage of the development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with engineering leaders on hands-on engagements including Proof of Concepts, hackathons, and architecture workshops. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth and develop deep business acumen alongside technical skills in solution design and deployment.
You will guide customers through secure, scalable solution design, influencing technical decisions and accelerating AI applications development into their workflows. Your mission will be to modernize applications, leveraging AI to realize the full value of Microsoft’s platform, while enjoying flexible work opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs to influence solution design.
- Lead hands-on engagements such as hackathons and architecture workshops to promote the adoption of Microsoft’s developer tools.
- Build trusted relationships with developers, co-designing secure, scalable architectures.
- Resolve technical blockers and collaborate with engineering for product improvements.
- Maintain expertise in AI Foundry & App architecture as well as cloud-native development.
- Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in developer communities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Expertise in full stack App architecture design and cloud-native development (APIs, containerization, microservices, etc.).
- Proficiency with AI & ML models, leading technical engagements that drive production-scale outcomes.
Preferred:
- 6+ years of experience in a related technical field.
- 4+ years' experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure architecture and technology management.
- Familiarity with AI Management & Security tools.
