As an Oracle Account Cloud Engineer, you will empower organizations on their digital transformation journey, making a direct impact on their success through the power of Oracle's comprehensive cloud portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align Oracle’s cloud solutions with customer needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures clearly articulating business value.
- Lead cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers design, rapidly adopt, and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Qualifications:
- Technical fluency combined with strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI).
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role focused on enterprise cloud solutions.
- Degree level education in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
