Generation Oracle (GenO) is Oracle’s new career development initiative dedicated to identifying and advancing early-in-career and return-ship talent through a tailored Sales, Solution Engineering, and Consulting programme. GenO supports learning, continuous development, and clear career paths while providing the chance to influence and help steer our business into the future.

Join us as a Cloud Adoption Manager (CAM). Become the advisor our customers trust and be a catalyst for their success! As part of the Technology Solution Engineering Team, you will work directly with our customers, helping them unlock the full potential of the Oracle Cloud and realize the maximum value of their Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor and review the Adoption Plan with customers to ensure progress aligns with their expectations.
  • Supervise and predict consumption fluctuations, defining and implementing corrective actions.
  • Pro-actively monitor burn rates and provide consumption forecasts.
  • Assess churn risk (customer or service) and formulate mitigation plans.
  • Detect and flag potential new workloads or implementation opportunities.
  • Drive Go Live Assurance to ensure success in critical milestone events for customers.
  • Provide long-term customer assistance on environments already in production through Operations Monitoring and Optimization Advisory.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
  • Relevant modules in your degree and/or working experience in Project Management, Business, or Information Technology.
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Project.
  • Work experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and data processing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
