We are looking for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who can think creatively and passionately engage with our team in a professional manner. Responsibilities
- Contribute as a team member on customer projects.
- Assist customers in implementing Human Capital Management Cloud technology.
- Act as a Functional Consultant specializing in HCM Cloud applications.
- Analyze, design, recommend, and implement business performance improvements.
- Configure, test, and deploy responsive web and mobile-based HCM applications.
- Assist in validating the solution before adoption.
- Deliver client-facing workshops and work collaboratively within a team on and off customer sites.
- Engage with clients, recommending Oracle standard solutions, and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- BA degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies, Technology, HR Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
- Knowledge of HR processes and business challenges faced by HR practitioners.
- Strong organization and leadership skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in your native language plus excellent English.
- Strong ability to solve problems and process data.
