Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced consulting professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes within Oracle products/technology. In this role, you will operate independently to provide quality work products and engage in varied and complex duties that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and meet customer needs. You will lead complex functional/process analyses, facilitate workshops with senior customer resources, and be actively involved in business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and estimate customer business requirements, translating them into Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM solution architecture
• Lead complex functional analysis and facilitate design workshops
• Understand client business requirements and specify system, application, or process designs
• Collaborate with business analysts, management, and technical teams to implement solutions
• Conduct formal workshops with clients to gather requirements and recommend programming adjustments
• Write custom reports and modifications to meet customer needs
• Assist software developers in creating detailed software design specifications

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of consulting experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with team members and clients
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience with Oracle's Implementation methodology and an understanding of Oracle technology
