Position

Join us as an ERP Functional Consultant and become the advisor our customers trust & be a catalyst for their success! As part of the Consulting Services programme, you will work directly with our customers, helping them unlock the full potential of the Oracle Cloud and realize the maximum value of their Oracle Cloud solutions. The Generation Oracle Program provides the opportunity to learn and grow your skills as a Consultant rapidly, allowing you to help customers improve their business performance in operations, profitability, management, structure, marketing, and strategy through cloud technology.

You will work with Oracle’s diverse and international team, experiencing a true start to your career. Learn Oracle’s cloud solutions and understand the significant impact you can have as a Consultant, with the responsibility of knowing your work directly affects clients, their employees, and their customers. Training will be provided on industry-leading products alongside on-the-job mentoring and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute as a team member on customer projects.
  • Assist customers in implementing Enterprise Performance Management Cloud technology as part of Oracle’s cloud strategy.
  • Act as a Functional consultant specializing in the delivery of ERP Cloud applications.
  • Analyze, design, recommend, and implement business performance improvements.
  • Configure, test, and deploy responsive web and mobile-based ERP applications.
  • Assist in validating the solution before adoption.
  • Facilitate client-facing workshops and collaborate within the team both on and off customer sites.
  • Engage proactively with team and clients, recommending Oracle standard solutions.
  • Share knowledge and experience within the team and extended network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting.
  • Professional finance qualification (like CA / CPA / CFA / ACCA) is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong ability to solve problems and process data.
  • Thrive on innovation and creative thinking.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
