An Intern Cloud Adoption Engineer will contribute to Oracle’s Cloud Engineering practice by helping clients accelerate their cloud adoption journeys. You will support customers in maximizing the value of their Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) investments. This is a customer success-oriented role focusing on adoption enablement, usage tracking, cloud governance support, and proactive engagement. You’ll work closely with Senior Cloud Adoption Managers and Account Cloud Engineers to deliver best practices and ensure the smooth migration and onboarding of solutions to OCI. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and the human elements that make innovation possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Oracle customers in adopting and growing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Assist in coordinating onboarding activities, sharing enablement resources, and tracking key milestones like go-live.
- Monitor usage data, identify potential risks or growth opportunities, and update internal trackers and reports.
- Follow up on support requests and contribute to improving the overall customer experience in OCI.
